Nearly Three Decades of Building Excellence in Van Nuys & Los Angeles
LA Builder Construction Inc. was incorporated in 2009 with a focused mission: to deliver authentic, high-quality general building services without the inflated overhead, sub-par subcontractors, and broken promises that too often plague the construction industry.
Founder Nelson Chavez has worked in the Southern California building trades for nearly 30 years. Starting from hands-on carpentry, concrete pouring, and structural framing, Nelson understands every bolt, rebar grid, and shear-wall requirement required by California's stringent building and seismic codes.
Today, LA Builder Construction Inc. specializes in custom ground-up homes, permitted ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units), foundation underpinning and seismic retrofits, room additions, and whole-home luxury remodeling.
